AWR AUTOEDIZIOKO TRESNA BAT ETA ARTXIBO BAT da, ARTEAREN ARLOKO LANGILEEN borroka, eskaera eta asmo kolektiboak biltzeko eta jakinarazteko funtzioa duena. Edozein kultura-langilek abiaraz dezake plataforma, tokiko kanpainak abiapuntu hartuta, eta elkarri laguntzeko eta elkarrekin borrokatzeko nazioz gaindiko sare bat ehuntzeko asmoa du. ART WORKER RIGHTS (AWR)  [PLATAFORMA POR LOS DERECHOS DE LOS TRABAJADORES Y LAS TRABAJADORAS DEL ARTE] nace en la Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten de Ámsterdam en 2020 a raíz de una serie de conversaciones entre los artistas residentes y los trabajadores de la academia sobre cuestiones relacionadas con el impacto del trabajo artístico en la salud emocional y física de los artistas y trabajadores culturales.

AWR es una HERRAMIENTA de AUTOEDICIÓN y un ARCHIVO con la función de reunir y comunicar las luchas, demandas y aspiraciones colectivas de los TRABAJADORES Y las TRABAJADORAS DEL ARTE. La plataforma se activa a partir de campañas locales que puede iniciar cualquier trabajador/a cultural interesado en usar la plataforma y tiene la voluntad de ir tejiendo una red transnacional de apoyo mutuo y lucha compartida. INFORMÉMONOS! ORGANICÉMONOS!

ART WORKER RIGHTS (AWR) is a platform born at the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam in 2020 as a result of a series of conversations between resident artists and academy workers on issues related to the impact of artistic work on the emotional and physical health of artists and cultural workers.

AWR is a SELF-PUBLISHING TOOL and an ARCHIVE with the function of gathering and communicating the collective struggles, demands and aspirations of ART WORKERS. The platform is activated from local campaigns that can be initiated by any cultural worker interested in using the platform and has the will to build a transnational network of mutual support and shared struggle. Let’s get INFORMED. Let’s get ORGANISED!
